| Using our Trimble Robotic Survey Instrument, we start our setting-out by preparing a database of pre-calculated points, whether they be house corners or road centre lines. Once in the field, the instrument software asks which points are required, and setting out to 10 to 15mm can be achieved within a minute or so. Accuracy's above 10mm will require targets and tripods, and will take several minutes. The systems strength is that data is only handled once, and is instantly available to access and set-out. |
